The games are open! From June 2-4, Göttingen will become a gaming city and Gamecity for one weekend. 3 days of fun, creativity and inspiration. From board games to Esports, table top to twitch stream. With highlights from the gaming scene, the latest board games and many offers to join in. Everyone is invited!

You can also get creative at the Kunsthaus and develop your own animations in a workshop:

Fiction meets reality | Animations around the KuQua

Whether in film or in games, animations using various techniques have played a significant role in our ever more rapidly digitalizing world since before yesterday. With tablets in our luggage, we will explore hidden places around the Kunstquartier, discover exciting places that can serve as film backdrops, and shoot short video sequences in the process. We then merge the real worlds with digital and imaginative animations, using an easy-to-use app. This creates exciting, dreamlike and crazy combinations of analog and digital elements that invite you to lose yourself in the world of animated films.
