Energy saving measures

Dear visitors,

in order to save energy due to the current situation, we will not leave the doors to the exhibition rooms permanently open. However, the rooms are of course open and you can visit the exhibition as normal. The attic is currently only open in the context of educational offers and events.

We ask for your understanding with regard to all the measures presented, but due to the political and economic circumstances we see ourselves obliged to save energy.

Hygiene and protection measures

Currently there are no special measurements regarding hygiene and protection

Accessibility

Access via the main entrance is at ground level. All exhibition rooms within the building and a disabled toilet can be accessed via a spacious elevator. To provide orientation for the visually impaired there are directions in braille in the stairwell and in the lift. The inner courtyard with the “House of Words” is also fully accessible. We will be happy to provide you with a portable folding stool for your visit. Accompaniment by trained assistance dogs is permitted in the Kunsthaus, however prior registration is required.
