YOGA:ART

The word “yoga” means “to connect” or “to unite” something. Inspired by the new exhibition of the house, Julia Freiberg invites us to pause and let our bodies and minds rest.

In her art, Emilija Škarnulytė combines the components of human civilization from the perspective of non-human observers with aspects of mythology, resource use and geopolitics. It sounds adventurous…and it is! In this Yoga:art session, we will first let our minds wander in a short guided tour through Škarnulytė’s fantastic installations and then gather ourselves again on the yoga mat: we will combine art and movement in the middle of the exhibition spaces!

The dialogical tour through the exhibition addresses different levels of perception and will be offered in German.
