YOGA:ART

Yoga practice* in the exhibition & dialogical tour:

In yoga, we beam ourselves into the now. The aim is to connect body, mind and soul and to be fully in the moment. Time and again, however, the mind travels back in time or creates ideas, worries and visions of the future. In conjunction with Neven Allgeier’s art, which we get to know during a dialogical tour before yoga, Julia Freiberg invites us to let go of yesterday and tomorrow and be completely in the here and now in the subsequent Kundalini yoga class.

The participation in this course costs 16€. *Please bring your own yoga mat. The number of participants is limited. We appreciate your pre-registration to info@kunsthaus-goettingen.de. (Short-term participants are welcome, if there are still free places)
