Ziel des Programms ist es, Jugendliche der Sekundarstufen I und II zu Peer-Guides auszubilden, um andere gleichaltrige, aber auch jüngere Jugendliche in dialogischen und interaktiven Führungen die Ausstellungen des Kunsthauses näherzubringen. Die Jugendlichen werden professionell an verschiedene Vermittlungstechniken und-formate herangeführt, lernen frei zu Reden und Aktionen anzuleiten. Ihre methodischen und sozialen Kompetenzen wachsen in einem Maße, das im regulären Schulunterricht schwer zu erlangen ist. Sie gewinnen an Selbstbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
